There are also opportunities for Visa employees staying at least three months. Schedule/Shifts Most shifts fall into the 6:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. or 2:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. category. There are some shifts that fall somewhere in between these two shifts. Scheduling is somewhat flexible; however, full time employees should be ready and willing to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends. Any weekly hours over forty are paid at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. Full time employees should expect to work around forty hours a week, with more hours available in some circumstances. With the variety of shifts and our hours of operation, our employees can expect to have plenty of time to recreate on their days off. Status Positions are year round and full time. Our business and economy is very active twelve months a year. Wage and benefits Information -Pay starts at $13.00 an hour, with with opportunity for a raise after 3 months. - -Employees are eligible for employer funded health insurance after three months of service (dental insurance has an slight additional fee). -As employers we offer several other benefits: Employee meals, discounts on goods and services, transportation, incentives, vacation pay and sick pay ***. Vacation Since we are a resort community, we are often busiest during holidays. For this reason, it is difficult to schedule prolonged vacations during holidays. Requests for more than three days in a row must be placed in writing at least a month ahead of time. Grooming standards We expect that everyone come to work with a neat and clean appearance. We do have certain appearance guidelines. All employees should possess and wear clean and complete uniforms. Shirts are to be clean and wrinkle free. Nametags will be provided for employees and are to be worn for each shift. Khaki slacks or clean jeans without holes are acceptable pants. Basic appearance rules are as follows: · Conservative and safe jewelry · Hair clean and well groomed · No wallet chains · Mustaches or beards, if worn, must be neat and trimmed. If no beard, goatee or mustache, the employee must be cleanly shaven · Maintain good personal hygiene · No excessively baggy garments · Appropriate display of body piercing will be approved by Operations Lead or the General Manager · Piercing besides ears are considered inappropriate · No holes in any clothing Where are you located ? We are in Colorado , ten minutes from incredible outdoor recreation. We are located next to one of the largest ski resorts in the US . The population of the surrounding area is approximately 40,000 inhabitants. Other activities: This is a sizable town, with activities ranging from camping, fishing, hiking, skiing to cultural and artsy. Housing and Transportation: The housing is off-site. A security deposit of $300 and a partial first months rent payment of $300 are required to guarantee a room. Rent ranges from $300.00 for shared room to $500.00 per room in summer, $525-$675 per room in winter months. All utilities are included except telephone/internet. Free transportation is provided to and from work during the winter season, if you are in CME housing. | |
