Colorado Mountain Express

~ Service with a smile.

When Denver International Airport was paralyzed by two massive snowstorms that occurred in late December (just before Christmas), Colorado Mountain Express reservation agents and drivers alike rose to the occasion, helping hundreds of distressed travelers find their way back home. Here's what our partners at Peak Learning Systems had to say in an email of commendation on January 3rd, 2007:

Hi.

Mike Rogers at Peak Learning Systems here.

We have used your service regularly for our events in Beaver Creek and Vail during the last three summers. We have always been pleased with your work. At least until this December when we had the first of the two epic storms here in Colorado.

During the first storm we had 18 people in Vail all scheduled to fly home on the 22nd to get home for the Holiday celebrations. Every one of them had their flights cancelled. 9 of them had flights cancelled that were the ones we rebooked after the first set was cancelled.

Every time a flight was cancelled or changed, we called you guys and everytime one of you helped us get new shuttles scheduled for the airport, no questions asked and only friendly service provided. And, everyone was picked up and made it to their airports on time even with all the adjusting you must have been doing for hundreds if not thousands of people!

On top of that, we just received our credit card bill with all of the charges and credits. It balances perfectly.

So as I said, until this December we had been pleased with your work. But no longer. We are now impressed, appreciative, thankful, amazed and forever loyal.

On behalf of the Peak Team and all the people you guys helped get home for Christmas, thank you.

Very Sincerely,

Mike Rogers~Purchasing and Distribution Manager

Good Morning,

I want to write a letter to praise one of your drivers.

We were picked up on the 10:45 pickup at Evan's House in Breckenridge (102 French Street ) and it was the 28th of December.
His first name was Steve. He was wonderful to us and I would not want his efforts to go unnoticed. We tipped him of course, but it never hurts to let the "higher ups" know what wonderful people they have working for them.

Thanks so much,
Leslie Brown

Congratulations to Steve Seal from our Summit County office for providing superior guest service that exceeded our guests' expectations!

Dear CME,

I have been a loyal customer of CME, previously Resort Express, since April 2002.  I travel on CME often and have become friends with many of your drivers.  I appreciate the professionalism, attitude and timeliness of your service.  I never, ever worry about getting to the airport on time or missing a flight.  Scott is always there on the phone in the mornings, especially if a pick up is running slightly late.  I look forward to my early morning trips down the mountain with RD, Dewitt and Bill who insure the trip is very relaxing.  I have become friends with Chris, Walker and Steve who help me out with my mid morning flights.  And I look forward to a relaxing trip back up the mountain with Chris, Mark, Trina and  Peter who insure safety.  And of course it is always a pleasure to meet up with Steve Byers, Milt and sometimes Deb or  Jill.  Please give my regards and thanks to Ed in the office who keeps the troops fired up.  I would also like to give recognition to the wonderful aiport personnel who welcome me home sometimes after a very stressful business trip.  I continue to recommend CME to my friends and always have guests also use the service from the airport when they come to visit me in Silverthorne.   Sorry if I missed anyone on my list.  I know there are more drivers, but these are the ones that I have become close to.  Thanks again and look forward to traveling next Tuesday once again on CME.

Regards Jon
