17th Annual Taste of Vail

The 17th Annual Taste of Vail kicks off April 11th. The four-day event attracts more than 5,000 participants, who come from all over, to experience fine dining at Vail Valley's world-class restaurants and wineries. Indulge your senses with the splendor of culinary excellence in the Vail Valley.

With good food and good wine, what more do you need? How about a good cause? Proceeds from the Taste of Vail will benefit various Vail Valley charities.

Participating restaurants in the 17th Annual Taste of Vail include well-known names from the valley, such as La Tour and Ocotillo. With a passion for southwest cuisine, Ocotillo boasts of using "only the highest quality natural foods created by the earth and sea" in preparing their delectable cuisine. Taste their all natural difference.

One of Vail's most celebrated chefs, award-winning owner, Paul Ferzacca, of La Tour restaurant has taken contemporary French cooking to new heights. Featuring culinary elegance with a splashy, contemporary setting, Chef Ferzacca and his wife have given "new life and blood and energy" to their beloved restaurant since taking over in 1998.

Among other well-known names, fine dining culinary establishments such the The French Press, Chap's Grill and Chophouse, Juniper Restaurant, Terra Bistro, Sweet Basil and others promise a mountaintop sensory extravagance at Vail this spring. Colorado Mountain Express is proud to be part of this culinary extravaganza.
