Two Evenings of Wellness in Beaver Creek Colorado

The Club at Allegria is hosting two nights of Wellness. Join Allegria's professional fitness trainers and local health practitioners on January 30th and February 16th at 5:30pm for the Lifestyle Challenge Wellness seminars. Topics include "The Do's and Don'ts of Weight Management presented by Joel Weinstein NASM, and “Stocking a Healthy Kitchen” presented by Dr. Eliza Klearman ND, MSOM, LAC. Drop in cost is $10
