| June 03, 2008 | | On Thursday, June 5 at 6pm Jerry Joseph, lead man for Stockholm Syndrome will open the Teva Mountain Games | The free concert will take place at Check Point Charlie and highlight the opening ceremonies for the Games, which will include the first annual Human Powered Parade. The evening will also feature the World Cup of Climbing athlete walk in and a raffle for a $3,000 Titus Mountain Bike.
Yes, there still seems to be a lot of snow still up on Vail Mountain, but that will not stop John Bailey (Former World Cup Championship Course Designer) from constructing a thrill ride for mountain bike racers and trail runners. Come out and watch these hard-core athletes compete in the mud.
Teva Mountain Games hosts 7 sports, 21 competitions, concerts every night and fabulous parties. The Games are a great way to celebrate the mountain lifestyle.
