Check out the Beaver Creek Rodeo Series on Thursday Evenings

Gates open at 5:00pm, Rodeo events begin at 6:00pm
This summer get out and enjoy the rodeo series and western festivities with your family and friends.

Rodeo Schedule…(Thursday Evenings)

* The July 3rd Rodeo will be held at 5:00pm

Located behind Chapel Square in Avon with free shuttle service from the covered bridge in Beaver Creek village.

Ticket information…
Tickets are for General Admission and may be purchased at the Beaver Creek Information Center up to 3:00pm on the day of the rodeo, or at the rodeo beginning at 5:00pm.

Tickets must be purchased in person (no telephone or mail order) except for groups of 20 or more who can order advance tickets through Beaver Creek Group Sales (telephone (866) 395-3185) no later than one week before the rodeo the group wishes to attend.

Admission:

VIP Seating $20
Seniors (65+ yrs.) $8
Adults (18-64 yrs.) $15       
Youth (13-17 yrs.) $5
Children 12 yrs. + under are FREE!

Registering to Compete:
Kids sign up for Mutton Bustin and Calf Scramble each Thursday night once the Rodeo gates open.

Don't miss these exciting Rodeo Events…

Bareback Bronc Riding- To win this event, the cowboy must hang on to the bucking bronco with just one hand, and endure 8 long seconds of whiplash, whirling, and twirling.

Calf Scramble Kids, now it's your turn - The first five buckaroos to capture ribbons from the tails of a group of friendly calves win prizes!

Team Roping- Two cowboys, a header and a heeler, work together to catch a steer as fast as possible, earning points for their skill and speed.

Mutton Bustin'- The youngest cowboys and cowgirls show their stuff in this Rodeo favorite. The buckaroo who holds on to his or her wild-n-wooly sheep the longest brings home a trophy!

Barrel Racing- Elegant riding and precise timing are the keys to winning this intense competition which consists of sprinting into the arena and tightly turning around three barrels.

Burro Racing- For Moms and Dads - create teams of 3 to test your donkey handling and riding abilities!

Bull Riding- In this dangerous Rodeo event, bull riders must overcome 2000 lbs of angry animal angst for 8 exciting seconds.
