| May 20, 2005 | | Saturday and Sunday, June 11-12 | Bon Appetit will team up with Beaver Creek for the Beaver Creek Culinary Classic on Saturday and Sunday, June 11-12. The annual Wedding Cake Competition returns to the mountains to find out who can make the sweetest cake. Five of the nation's most talented wedding cake designers will ignite their culinary creativity for a chance to win top honors and a large prize purse. The theme is celebrity weddings for this year. Beaver Creek restaurants will be offering food and wine and culinary demonsrations.
John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band will play on the plaza from 4:30-6 p.m. both days. | | | |
