| January 04, 2008 | | A job well done | Earlier this week we received a letter from a guest who was using our service. Great job to our drivers who provided excellence service. Below is the letter.
"Dear Management,
As president of a service oriented corporation, I am inclined to acknowledge excellent service when I experience it.
On December 16th, my family and I arrived at Denver International Airport where we had an appointment with Colorado Mountain Express to be brought to Breckenridge. Steve (Beyer) was our driver. Not only was he on time, courteous and professional, he was quite entertaining. After a long flight from Jacksonville with only a couple hours sleep, he kept us amused. You see, Steve thinks of himself as the Mayor of Breckenridge or so he says and that led to an interesting trip to Breckenridge. I don't know what you pay Steve (or what you feed him), but he's a keeper!
On December 21, we were picked up on time again. Ted (Vigil) was our driver. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the Breckenridge area, as well as, the local history. His conversation made the trip back to DIA enjoyable. And by the way, we made our flight without having to rush through the airport.
As a seasoned traveler, I know the importance of the first and last experience of your vacation. Not only did your personnel perform their jobs on time and professionally, they were enjoyable to be around.
I compliment you on your operation and your personnel. I plan to tell my friends and family to use Colorado Mountain Express when they travel to the Rockies.
