Important Transportation & Parking Information
NO EVENT PARKING.

Very limited parking in town and the West End.
Please use alternative transportation!

• Many hotels offer free shuttle service.
• The Music Tent is a pleasant walk or bike from town.
• Parking available for a low cost at the Rio Grande Parking Plaza.
• The Aspen Institute will provide free shuttles between the
Parking Plaza, Rubey Park and the venue
• FREE half hourly service between Rubey Park and the venue
via the Cross Town Shuttle.
• All bus service between Aspen and Snowmass Village is FREE.

About the program…
The three-day program — featuring His Holiness the Dalai Lama as the keynote speaker — will bring together an extraordinary number of eminent scholars, teachers, practitioners and tradition-bearers from around the globe to shed light on the rich historical and philosophical significance of Tibet and its impact on global issues today.

Attendees will partake in panel discussions, presentations, and breakout sessions. Interactive demonstrations of ancient Tibetan and Himalayan arts will provide opportunities for tradition-bearers and program participants to meet in an intimate environment.
