Enjoy pieces by Márquez, Bates, and Stravinsky, as well as the Dvorák Concerto for Violin featuring violinist Tallie Brunfelt. This concert will be conducted by guest conductor Robert Moody, an NRO alum. This concert will be the final time that we will bring an audience member on to the stage for "Experience the NRO", so get your tickets early and enter to win a chance to sit on stage.
Golden Mic Night Tuesday, July 29 at 7:00 PM at Gold Pan Saloon
On Tuesday July 29th, The Gold Pan will host an evening of performances from salsa dancing to singer/songwriters, to you name it! The NRO participants are putting away their degreed instruments and coming out to show off their hidden talents. There is even a special Carl Topilow surprise that you won't want to miss!
Show starts at 7pm and a $10 admission fee includes one drink. Come support your NRO musicians in this fun and enlightening special fundraiser!
Järvis Favorites Wednesday, July 30 at 7:30PM at the Riverwalk Center
Come enjoy as guest conductor, Kristjan Järvi, conducts pieces by Bernstein, Bruch, and Brahms. This concert features solo violinist, Oscar Soler.
Honoring the Heroes Saturday, August 2 at 7:30PM at Riverwalk Center Closing Night
Join us for the NRO closing night. We will end our season with a piece by Strauss and our two concerto competition winners—Henrik Heide, flute; and Colin Sieg, trumpet. At the end of the concert we will be launching our 50th Anniversary Celebration.
