Comment about: How was your trip on Colorado Mountain Express (CME)?

| February 23, 2009 | | BAD DRIVER! | I was not a passenger on a CME shuttle ride, but rather another driver on Highway 6 from Dillon to Keystone where a CME driver cut me off and it wasn't very easy to hit the brakes when the roads were covered with ice and slush. I ran my window wipers full speed long enough so I could read the license plate. It was a Colorado plate, number 121-KXI. The vehicle was a beige Chevy Suburban. The time was about 2:45pm on Monday, Feb. 23. If anyone from the CME office actually reads these comments, someone needs to talk to this driver about careless driving! There are other people on the road!!!
CME responds:
"Thank
you for providing information on the incident with the CME driver on
Feb 23. We will follow up with this driver and take corrective action.
We take safety very seriously at CME, and we certainly don't want this
type of thing to occur on the roads. I am the VP of Safety and
Training at CME, and if you would like to contact me directly to
discuss the matter further, you can email me at
jeffl@ridecme.com. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know about this incident."
