        <Summary>A beautiful new spa is coming this Fall!</Summary>
        <Description>The new Spa of the Rockies at the Glenwood Hot Springs, opening in September 2008, will feature massage therapy, body treatments, facials, hydrotherapy, manicure and pedicures.&amp;nbsp; The facility is in the historic 1888 bathhouse which contains 8 massage therapy rooms,(including 2 couples suites and 2 rooms for facials and/or massage), 5 soaking tubs, 1 hydrotherapy room with a Vichy Shower Treatment,&amp;nbsp; 2 manicure stations, and&amp;nbsp; 2 pedicure thrones.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The spa will focus on wellness and natural health practices, which has a deep-rooted history at this facility. &amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;R.A. Nelson of Avon is the contractor for the project. Smith Club &amp;amp; Spa Specialists in Basalt serve as consultants for the project and OLC Architects of Denver oversees the architectural and interior designs.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Reconfigurations to the Athletic Club racquetball courts, ventilation systems, showers and bathroom areas are also taking place at the facility.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Remember&amp;hellip;The Pool is Open to cool off this summer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Continue to enjoy the world's largest hot springs pool. During the addition of our Spa the pool remains completely open. We look forward to your visit this winter.
