Four-Mountain Sports/D&E Ski and Snowboard Shop recently received the "Rocky Mountain Region, SIA Retailer of the Year Award." This is the third year in a row they have won this award.

ASPEN/SNOWMASS TECH TEAM A truly “next level” service, the Four Mountain Sports Tech Team is an industry-leading effort created to reach guests in ways never before tried.  Trained techs contact both renting and non-renting guests on-mountain to check on equipment performance and satisfaction, offer advice, perform tuning touch-ups, make adjustments and provide discount coupons for a number of experience-enhancing products. The Tech Team is evolving and improving as we learn more each day at all four of the Aspen/Snowmass resorts. ASPEN/SNOWMASS BOOTS This past year at the Ski Industries Tradeshow we sat down with vendors Tecnica and Salomon to hash out the perfect rental boot.  Taking the molds, colors, liners and footbeds of current in-line boots we created our own rental boot.  Complete with heat moldable liners, ski/walk features, micro adjustable buckles and more these boots were designed to take our guest experience to the next level.  Recent complaints from customers that we don’t have these available for purchase has spurred on a decision to get them a used price for purchase.  Available soon! The Wintersteiger Discovery There are only four of these currently in North America, and one is in a Ski Manufacturer.  This significant investment is just one more reason that we are looking to raise the guest experience by providing an optimally tuned rental and demo fleet.
